In-Space Propulsion

The objective of the In-Space Propulsion (ISP) Project is to develop innovative propulsion technologies to power manned and robotic exploration of space. The present focus of the project is on electric propulsion and the development of non-toxic chemical propellants. The ISP Project will develop and mature technologies primarily for transition to NASA Mission Directorates engaged in manned and robotic exploration of space.
