Advanced Flight Projects Office Print This ISS Research Project     ISS Exploration and Non-Exploration Research       Human Research Program     Ensuring the health, safety, and effective performance of astronauts is critical to the human exploration of space. NASA Glenn Research Center’s Human Research Program (HRP) plays a vital role in providing solutions to critical problems that place human exploration missions and their crews at risk. Glenn’s efforts are accomplished in support of the Johnson Space Center, which leads NASA’s Human Research Program. Glenn’s efforts, which began in October 2001, are currently focused on three projects: Exercise Countermeasures, Digital Astronaut, and Exploration Medical Capability.       Science Project Office     The Science Division at the Glenn Research Center plays an important and vital role in implementing all Science Mission Directorate programs and projects.  We are working to realize the goals of NASA's science missions and to ensure their success.       Advanced Capabilities Project Office     NASA has engaged its workforce to enable the safe and reliable transport of humans to the International Space Station, moon and Mars. Based on the results of NASA’s 2006 Exploration Systems Architecture Study (ESAS), the ETDP was established. Glenn’s Advanced Capabilities Project Office supports NASA’s ETDP, which is managed by Langley Research Center.
